We have changed the payout timing to allow faster payouts. We will now make payouts 7 cycles after delegation. This is an increase from a 12 cycle delay after delegation. This change is more aligned with the current “Tenderbake” consensus algorithm as opposed to the older “Emmy” consensus algorithm which required freezing funds for 5 days after the “current” cycle. Current delegations can expect a batch of 5 payouts so they are caught up to the current payout schedule. See our Terms for further details.
Due to the increase in delegations to our baker and to minimize the risk of over-delgation, we are increasing our fee from 9.95% to 12.5% effective cycle 589. See our Terms for further details.
Due to the increase in delegations to our baker and to minimize the risk of over-delgation in the future, we are increasing our fee from 8.85% to 9.95% effective cycle 431.
Our policy is that delegations which cause ateza to become over-delegated will not receive staking rewards. Please do not delegate to ateza at this time as you will not receive rewards. Existing delegations prior to this event will continue to receive rewards. Nothing for you to do.
We kindly ask the owner of wallet address: tz1eEwBzGHw4PeKeQdESpuf1JSgNBxzPaCrm to delegate to a different baker. The owner of this wallet address, including any new delegations, will not receive rewards from ateza.
We would like to announce the following updates:
1) Our website https://ateza.io has been significantly updated and refreshed. Feel free to take a look over and let us know your thoughts.
2) We’ve doubled the disk I/O performance for our API nodes. Each node now runs on 4 NVME SSDs in RAID 0. See more at https://ateza.io/api.
3) Snapshots are now updated on a daily basis. See more at https://ateza.io/snapshots.
The below addresses will be omitted from receiving rewards as we are over-delegated. We advise the following addresses to change their delegation to a different Baker:
- KT1Jwu92GhJ5Cea5cMCcSCGF7PRcPKbfbrf4 (consider delegating a smaller amount)
We are currently at max capacity. Addresses that cause Ateza to become overdelegated will not earn any rewards. All previous delegations will be honored and will continue to receive their rewards. However, there is a risk that payouts might be partially diluted if Ateza is overdelegated. Please see our Terms of Service for more details.
There seems to be some confusion about our 0% fee. Delegation details including our fee can be found here. It can also be found on our questions page and on our main page. ATEZA understands there is always some risk in delegating to a new Baker. Not to mention the additional time and effort required to review and compare different Bakers and the inconvenience in actually delegating to a Baker. The 0% fee serves as a level of compensation and appreciation back to our delegators in selecting ATEZA. Our fee starting August 1st, 2020 will be 8.85%. This is the same fee we’ve always listed on our site and has not changed. Until then, enjoy the free baking!
